Louisa Case
About Me
Louisa is an exciting appointment for LCE, bringing with her a wealth of experience from mainstream educational settings. Joining LCE, Louisa has expressed her excitement to combine her skills and knowledge of school administrative systems whilst being privileged to work directly with pupils in supporting them towards an improved relationship with education and opportunities.
Prior to joining LCE, Louisa enjoyed almost 15 years at The Radclyffe School in Oldham. During her time there, she proved to be an outstanding member of their team across a variety of roles, including administrative officer within the SEN department, key person for a vulnerable child, and most recently the whole-school exams officer. Louisa has a happy family life with her husband, three daughters (all of whom have thrived and thoroughly enjoyed their education experiences), and three dogs. Prior to her career in education, Louisa was highly qualified and experienced in beauty therapy, positioning her brilliantly to support pupils accessing the LCE salon. Having also served as a child welfare officer at her daughters' football club, she has always been deeply committed to supporting those around her to access the very best opportunities. Louisa is excited to build strong, trusting relationships with our partner schools to ensure LCE remains accessible and aligned to the needs of our schools, pupils, parents, and local communities. She whole-heartedly believes that every child deserves the opportunity to access education confidently and competently, through cohesive and impactful collaboration between all stakeholders.
