Our Mission

A truly holistic view of education recognises that while student wellbeing is vital, a crucial piece of the puzzle is often missing: the wellbeing of our teachers and school leaders. When we look after the people running our classrooms and corridors, we build a stronger, more stable foundation for our young people to thrive. CLIO partners directly with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) to build long-term internal capacity, navigate shifting framework changes, and foster emotionally intelligent educational environments.
