Kathryn joins LCE bringing an exceptional level of knowledge and experience developed throughout an accomplished 16-year career within HR and business at the Oak Trust.

Academically accomplished, Kathryn holds both degree and Master's-level qualifications across HR and business, providing the organisation with significant professional expertise as LCE continues to grow and evolve.

Throughout her career, Kathryn has developed a comprehensive understanding of the systems, structures, people and processes required to support successful educational organisations. Her ability to combine strategic understanding with a genuine passion for people makes her an invaluable addition to Team LCE.

Kathryn joins the organisation at an incredibly exciting stage of its development and will play an important role in ensuring our infrastructure develops alongside our educational services.
