Emily Landregan
About Me
At LCE, we realise the importance of positive, uplifting interactions and the direct, transformative impact they have on a child. With this at the forefront of our approach, we are absolutely delighted to appoint Emily as our Pupil Self-Esteem Lead. Emily typifies our commitment to ensuring every pupil is supported effectively, warmly, and positively in everything we do.
Emily initially joined LCE from a senior administrative role in the fast-paced property industry, accepting our School Relations Lead position. However, her passion for supporting children, demonstrated by her pursuit of professional Childcare qualifications and her natural warmth, made her transition into this dedicated self-esteem role an inevitability.
With a happy family life and two young children of her own at the start of their educational journeys, Emily is deeply invested in ensuring school environments are supportive, inclusive, and developmental for every single pupil.
Emily is enthused to support pupils towards realising their own self-worth and maximising their true potential. She is emphatic in her belief that every child deserves to have their emotional needs met, enabling them to engage positively with education and prepare for a happy, fulfilled life beyond school.
