Amanda Blizzard-Gray

Amanda joins LCE as a highly experienced primary education professional with extensive classroom and middle leadership experience.

A trauma-informed and innovative practitioner, Amanda has developed an impressive ability to create learning environments in which children feel safe, understood and inspired to participate. Her approach combines educational rigour with creativity, recognising that the most effective learning opportunities are those capable of engaging pupils while responding appropriately to their individual starting points and experiences.

Amanda joins LCE with responsibility for leading and further enhancing our Junior provision. Her extensive understanding of primary education will be instrumental in ensuring younger pupils develop the academic, social and emotional foundations required for future success.

Passionate about creating opportunity for every child, Amanda will bring leadership, creativity and consistency to LCE Juniors as we continue developing a provision in which pupils are encouraged to rediscover a love of learning, build confidence and recognise their potential from the earliest stages of their LCE journey.
