About Me
Alisha joins LCE Academy from mainstream education, where she established herself as a highly effective PE and PSHE teacher while successfully undertaking wider whole-school responsibilities.
Her ability to engage young people through both physical education and personal development provides Alisha with an important combination of curriculum expertise. She understands that education extends beyond academic achievement and should equip pupils with the knowledge, confidence and personal skills required to navigate life successfully.
Joining LCE Academy with middle leadership responsibilities, Alisha will help develop highly engaging, appropriately differentiated curriculum opportunities across her specialist subjects. Her energetic approach and high expectations will ensure pupils are challenged while receiving the personalised support required to experience success.
Alisha is passionate about creating opportunities through which young people can develop healthier lifestyles, stronger self-awareness and greater confidence.
