Krystian Liptrot
About Me
Krystian is an experienced, dynamic, and innovative educational headteacher and senior leader, with a solid history of achievement working within pupil referral units (PRUs), SEMH, and special education.
Krystian enjoyed an inspirational and positively enjoyable educational experience as a pupil, culminating in him earning the accolade of Head Boy in his final year at Hollingworth Academy, Rochdale. While achieving a strong range of GCSE qualifications, Krystian passionately believes that it was his exposure to extra-curricular and enrichment opportunities that really developed his strength of character and emotional intelligence.
Upon leaving school, Krystian enjoyed professional status in football and music prior to working in education. Realising the importance of further education, he continued to study part-time alongside his early careers, securing a 2:1 degree from Liverpool John Moores University before completing his teacher training.
With substantial experience across mainstream primary and secondary schools, PRUs, and special education, further complemented by over ten years in school governance across three educational settings, Krystian has an unwavering commitment to pupil-centred approaches. He ensures every child has access to an environment where they can achieve, excel, and flourish.
Krystian founded Life Changing Education Ltd to create a collaborative inclusion service to transform the life aspirations and skills of pupils by actively working in partnership with schools, trusts, and local authorities. He believes education must incorporate academic progress alongside world knowledge, industry exposure, and physical and mental wellbeing to properly prepare young people for further education and employment.
