Having worked with Krystian in special education, I can say with confidence I have not met anyone with his ability to manage students’ behaviour so effectively and positively. Krystian demonstrated an unparalleled ability to build effective relationships with hard-to-reach young pupils, instil a real sense of belonging and identity, empowering them and significantly improving their engagement with school and their education. I am delighted to know that Krystian has made the decision to open his own provision.
