Freya Case
About Me
Freya joins LCE as an early-years-trained, trauma-informed professional whose specialist knowledge further strengthens our ability to understand and support the individual developmental needs of our pupils.
Her experience provides Freya with a particularly valuable understanding of the importance of early developmental milestones and the impact that missed experiences, instability or adversity can have upon a young person's subsequent educational journey. She recognises that meaningful progress sometimes requires professionals to first identify and strengthen the foundations upon which future learning can be built.
Through carefully focused interventions, Freya combines patience, encouragement and consistency to create environments in which pupils feel comfortable expressing themselves and engaging with support.
Her uplifting and nurturing approach complements LCE's relational ethos perfectly. Freya joins the organisation determined to ensure pupils receive the individualised opportunities they require to develop confidence, address gaps and continuously work towards becoming the happiest and most successful versions of themselves.
